The name of my Company is Anielle Cosmetics -The company for women; I chose this name because my name is Aniela, and the company produces cosmetics, specially for women. The company has high quality product.

Part 2: Description of the Main Activities.

Anielle Cosmetics is a multi-level-marketing company.Anielle Cosmetics uses both door-to-door sales people and catalogs to advertise its products.

We offer a wide range of high-quality beauty products as well as a unique opportunity to join our sales force and start your own business. Her services are ‘to generate the best cosmetics you can find any were in the world (Avon, Herbalife, Oriflame, ABC Cosmetics, est).

Part 3: Managerial Style

Multi-level marketing (MLM), (also called network marketing, direct selling, referral marketing, and pyramid selling) is a term that describes a marketing structure used by some companies as part of their overall marketing strategy. The structure is designed to create a marketing and sales force by compensating promoters of company products not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of other promoters they introduce to the company, creating a downline of distributors and a hierarchy of multiple levels of compensation in the form of a pyramid.

I chose this system because i think that it is the best.
