1. SUMMARY

Because we saw an opportunity to be the first recovery center in Romania, we started a business that we hope it will be very profitable in the future.

Our center has 4 investors. All the investors have come with a contribution to the business, first with the money that we needed to start the business and also with the experience.

Each of the investors have different skills in different domains, like, Efrosie Raluka has experience in the Financial Department, Dumitru Oana in the Marketing Department, Dinu Dana have experience in the Human Resources Department and Geanta Cristian is in the management board.

The center is called Paradise Recovery Center and is placed in a beautifull villa on no. 14, Bucuresti Noii street and has 5 rooms, 2 floors and all the necessities that a recovery center needs.

Also for our center to have success we have experienced staff that know how to handle the persons that pass through a aesthetic operation, because the human resources are the hearth of our business, we need qualified and responsable persons in order for our clients to feel safe and well attended.

Paradise Recovery center needs to be in touch with clinics that makes aesthetics operations, because this clinics can pass to us the persons that suffered this operations, such clinics with whom we collaborate are: Proestetica Medical Center, Sillhouette Center, Lasermed Medical and Aesthetic Line, this are intangible resources that help us because of their reputation and brands If we are recommended by a well known and appreciated clinic to a persons who want to recover after a aesthetic surgery, that persons will evidently come to our recovery center.

Because we respect our clients and we want to provide them the best services, we have different types of services and packages for every type of surgery, like: services provided for facial surgery, breast etc.

Every company has a goal, to obtain profit, but to obtain profit we had to invest, first each member has contributed with 37.000 lei, in the second place we obtain a credit bank from Banca Transilvania and also we were helped by the Regional Operational Program, which is very involved in solving the problems of small entrepreneur.

We make an description of the market and competitors and found that ten years ago the aesthetic surgery market was at the beginning and nobody believed in the miracle of an surgery, over the years the market developed and innovated the technologies. The market of aesthetic surgeries looks promising and the competitors that are in this market want to develop their business.

For us to know better our clients we need a market segmentation by analyzing some demographic factors like: gender, age, income, occupation, education, social class. All that will serve us to know in what kind of market we have to enter and whom we have to address.

On each market every business have his own competitors and we have two kind of competitors: hospitals and private clinics. They can provide the same services as ours, because they have specialized personnel and also the specific experience. But even so we are the first center that provide experienced recovery services in Romania.

The entrepreneur is the foundation of a business, therefore our center has 4 main investors that believe in the business idea and complete themselves to achieve a common goal: satisfying needs We believe starting our own business means accomplishing something we are passionate about and pursuing an ideal that does not need to be 100% related to the value of the business in itself. For us being entrepreneurs means, among many other things, the responsibility of each action and the power to fulfill our purpose, irrespective of the difficulties. We also think that each new business has to bring some added value on the market therefore our centre provides services for an unexplored market niche.

From the moment we spotted the opportunity of being the first recovery centers in Romania we have started researching the market to discover best promotion techniques to set a name for ourselves on the market.
